EB11 BATCH CONTROLLER
The FLOMEC EB11 āEasyBatchā is a Dual stage batch controller designed to create an efficient
and accurate dispensing experience.
Mountable either directly onto a FLOMECĀ® flow meter or remotely, and compatible with multiple types of industry signals, the EB11 allows the user to control the volume of fluid dispensed into their process, while the large 7-digit display with back light enables easy reading of the batch status in either light or dark conditions.
EB11 FEATURES & BENEFITS
Easy to read backlit 7-digit display for at a glance readouts even in low light areas
Easy to use 2 button controller makes operation simple and easy
Displays in different engineering units including Liters, gallons, mĀ³, lbs, kgs
Weather resistant and durable IP66/67 - NEMA4X enclosure for use in a range of environments
Housed in an IP66/67-NEMA4X rated Glass Reinforced Nylon enclosure for increased impact and corrosion resistance, particularly in washdown environments. The EB11 contains 2 digital NPN outputs with a current rating of up to 300mA for direct control of solenoid valves, or to connect to relays to allow for the control of large valves and pumps.
Typical applications include bottling/packaging, diluting concentrates and addition of ingredients (water, oil, egg etc.) in the following industries;
- Commercial Baking
- Agricultural Chemicals
- Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics
- Food Processing
- Cleaning Products
- Brewing
- Water Treatment
Single stage batch control describes control systems that use a single valve, typically on 40 mm and smaller pipes and/or lines. For 50 mm lines a smaller bypass line is used to provide fine control at the end of the batch; the larger line shuts off first with final flow being added through the smaller line. It also allows a slower operating valve on the main line and less hydraulic shock through the pipe on closure.
